The ATA Tiger curriculum program was developed specifically for preschool age children ages 3 through 6. This program offers children a strong foundation in essential character qualities such as courtesy, respect, and discipline. In addition, the program is designed to improve children’s motor skills and enhance their ability to pay attention and follow directions. This curriculum should provide students with the most fun and exciting training methods available for this age group.

Raising a child is anything but easy – let us help you! ATA Karate for Kids is a specialized program created exclusively for children ages 7 through 12 and teaches the fundamentals of martial arts. The foundation of the Karate for Kids curriculum is the education and development of life skills such as positive mental attitude, high goal setting, perseverance, self-control and confidence.

Teens & Adults

Our adult martial art classes focus on self-defense, fitness, and a wide variety of various skills and techniques. Whether you’ve never stepped foot on a mat or you’ve been training for years, we have the perfect class for you. Most adults can only do so many aerobic classes or run so many solo miles before they start dreaming of something more enjoyable and exciting to do to stay in shape. The ATA Adult martial arts curriculum is a great way to stay in shape that doesn’t become dull or routine because as soon as you get better and learn more there are always more challenges ahead to keep you inspired and coming back to the school.

Martial Arts

Mike Chat, an accomplished competitive martial artist and ATA Fourth Degree Black Belt who played one of the Mighty Morphin’ Power Rangers on TV, created ATA Xtreme (also known as XMA or Xtreme Martial Arts.)

He describes the program as “the ability to perform highly skilled moves and also the ability to perform basic moves and make them look spectacular!”

This is why XMA is not only for the elite level athletes and competitors but also for beginners at the entry level as well.

Life Training

The Leadership Team is a three-year extension program by invitation, for juniors & teens who want to maximize their Taekwondo training and develop leadership skills that will serve them in all aspects of their lives. These students accept a higher level of responsibility as ambassadors of our school.

Students in the Leadership program also have the option to compete for the titles of State, District, & World Champion under the American Taekwondo Association.

Once students in the Leadership program have earned their black belts, they have the ability to become Junior Instructors upon mastery of the necessary material.
